What documentation comes with my order?

Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis (COA) that includes the HPLC purity result and mass-spec identity confirmation.

How are products supplied?

Compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Reconstitution is the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.

How should I store these compounds?

Lyophilized peptides are generally stable at −20°C. Once reconstituted, store per your protocol and use promptly.

How is my order shipped?

Orders ship in discreet, tracked packaging. Cold-pack shipping is available on request.

What is your return policy?

Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. Contact support within 7 days if a product arrives damaged or does not match its COA.
